During 2005 the company opened a showroom to showcase their products and for meeting training requirements both internally and externally as Gary Rose, MD of The Parry Group explains, “Amongst other things, we have a full working combination oven which we can demonstrate to customers and employees if we need to train them. It is a showroom we don’t mind our customers using either. They can even bring their own customers if they want to.”
Parry view the showroom as being the ideal base to launch new products, with customers being able to call and view the products in person before making a commitment to buy.
