We have a full range of Bain Maries offering a selection of 4.5 litre capacity round pots in both stainless steel and aluminium and also a comprehensive selection of stainless steel gastronorm containers which are designed to hold pre-cooked foods and liquids at serving temperatures. All models available as dry heat are controlled by simmerstat or wet well which are controlled by thermostat and have front drain taps. 150mm deep gastronorm are fitted in dry heated Bain Maries and 100mm deep in wet well Bain Maries.
